By completing this form, you’re signing up to sail one or more legs aboard T/S Rupel in the Tall Ships Races 2026.
This isn’t your final registration yet — we’ll work out the schedule as soon as possible and let you know if you can come along.

A few practical things:

• Het invullen van het formulier kan vanaf 31/01/2026 18u lokale Belgische tijd.
• You’ll need to arrange your own transport to and from the ports. We’ll share your email address and phone number with other participants travelling to or from the same port, so you can coordinate transport together if you like.
• You are required to be on board the evening before departure. You may leave the ship at the earliest on the evening of arrival.
• If you’d like, you can come on board a bit earlier or stay a little longer. For planning reasons, we just ask that you send us a quick email. Life on board can feel a bit like camping while we’re in port — but it usually works out just fine!
• Once you’ve received confirmation that you can join, we’ll send you an invoice. Paying that invoice completes your final registration.
• We’ll collect ID details, allergy information, and any dietary preferences later on.
